I agree, most of the calling cards services have hidden charges associated with it. But not all of of them are like that. Also, you can call for free using some services but they are limited in one or the other way. Otel International provides the cheap calling cards services to call Nepal @ 8.5 cents per minute. Try it.

you can do similar thing with Land line as well, from land line every 1300 768 065 short less than 1 min call will give you 5 credits so if you dial for twice you will get 1 min credit for Nepal.
